Edelway is a pan-European professional services consultancy with over 200 consultants on assignment with our global clients in Switzerland. To reinforce our Project Management Unit in the Suisse Romande (Geneva/Lausanne), we are now looking for a Compliance & Global Trade Services Project Manager. You will join our international team at our global accounts in the Geneva/Lausanne area. This is a long-term relationship and we will be particularly interested to hear from local candidates or keen to relocate to the area on a long-term basis.

THE ROLE
*Responsible for Compliance and Global Trade Services projects' management.
*The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of our client projects through the complete project lifecycle. Success is measured against timeline, budget, quality, client satisfaction, colleague satisfaction and adherence to company's processes.
*Lead project life cycles and plan solution architectures with business, definition of projects and processes, collaboration with IS Managers as well as business Directors.
*Develop, maintain and manage project planning, ensuring the right balance of scope, budget, timeline and risk is in place.
*Ensure project is on track, as well as focusing on quality of deliverables, project schedule, client satisfaction and risks.
*Produce regular reports for clients, Edelway's management and project team
*Supervise release/project management, monitoring of projects and changes, in addition to overseeing initiatives by managers.
*Support the business on a broad range of global import and export compliance matters.
*You will interact with other services and managers to drive Trade Compliance.
*Set up effective Import/Export processes to improve efficiency.
*Denied party listing, screening and sanctioning.
*Monitor global Import/Export procedural change and communicate those guidelines to stakeholders.
*Analyse trends related to import/export compliance to identify process improvements.
*Generate performance metrics for all related activity.

YOUR PROFILE
*Superior degree (Master degree is a plus).
*5 to 10 years of experience managing Compliance & Global Trade Services projects (mandatory).
*At least 5 years of direct experience with Import/Export compliance and provider management.
*Extensive knowledge of SPL (Sanctioned Party List) screening.
*Confident with handling imports and/or exports in accordance with foreign regulations.
*A knowledge of SAP GTS is mandatory.
*English fluent (mandatory).
*French is a plus.
*Confident with business problems analysis and process improvement.
