Fund Accounting & Tax compliance clients Spanish Management Companies, Ventura Capital Fund (FCR & SCR) & SPVs;
•Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the clients and following up with third parties, including investors and fund managers;
•Assisting in handling the client accounts and preparation of periodic reports and regulatory reports for the fund entities in CNMV;
•Keeping company books and preparing periodic International Group reports;
•Assisting in the preparation of the FCR/SCR’ periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements and reviewing other fund related reports;
•Coordinate and arranging investor servicing, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions as well as issuance of shareholder statements;
•Preparing statutory financial statements and maintaining contact with auditors when applicable;
•Preparing corporate and VAT returns and maintaining relevant contact with the Spanish tax authorities and tax advisers;
•Assisting with the company payments and cashbook reports;
•Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administrational tasks as required by your managers or clients.
•You hold a university degree preferably in Economics, ADE or Accounting / Finance;
•You have 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the fields of accounting or audit;
•You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate;
•Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines.
