Key responsibilities

Administrative activities:

  • Administrative activities related to accounting;
  • Administrative activities related to evidence of accounting documents;
  • Use of software (MS Office) related to accounting of clients assigned by Accounting Manager;
  • Preparation of statistical fillings.

  • Accounting administration in line with valid legislation and TMF standards;
  • Complete processing of accounting documents from client;
  • Control of tax documents requirements in line with legislation;
  • Ability to handle accounting documents in foreign language;
  • Preparation of internal regulations for client.

Reconciliation :
  • Reconciliation of assigned clients;
  • Check of reconciliation in a case of providing it by Junior Accountant (delegating by Accounting Manager).

Monthly closings and reports:
  • Preparation of monthly closings;
  • Cooperation in process of reporting set up under supervision of Accounting Manager;
  • Providing of reports of assigned clients;
  • Documents preparation for audit;
  • VAT preparation.

  • Administrative activities related to communication with client;
  • Communication with client's contact person;
  • Preparation of fillings for bank and state institutions;
  • Obtaining of documents required by law and the Employer's internal regulations - KYC;
  • Communication with auditors and tax advisors;
  • Cooperation with annual closings;
  • Cooperation on external projects;

Key requirements
  • Bachelor or University Degree (Economy/Accounting);
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience;
  • English language is mandatory;
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
