Project

 

Under the responsibility of the Internet & Mobile BA Domain Manager, the eBanking “External Wealth Manager” (EWM) Business Solution Manager (BSM) will contribute to the strategic program for our WM sites. The project aims to provide a complete, reliable and specific online platform for our EWM partners.

 

The 2 main missions of the EWM BSM:

1) Coordinate the implementation from a project management perspective

2) Bring added value to the existing functional setup by analyzing potential changes to the existing process and to analyze new functions to be added to the solution

 

Role

 

 

  • Manage all activities end-to-end to deliver the project (from scoping to implementation) to agreed parameters;

 

  • Define requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis;
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs;

 

  • Ensure new setup is compatible with existing WMIS standards in terms of parameterization in order to mutualize as possible the target solution;

 

  • Perform detailed gap analysis for each site to minimize specific local solution in favour of a global asset solution;

 

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers, stakeholders and IT teams in different geographical locations to analyze functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirement Statement Sheet, General Functional Requirement Document, Detailed Functional Requirement Document);

 

  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs; identify upfront dependencies with other teams potentially involved within the project;

 

  • Actively manage project conflicts, dependencies, changes to scope, cost or schedule, risks and issues, and ensure plans are in place to mitigate them with urgency, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner;

 

  • Define Test strategy, test use cases and co-ordinate UAT;

 

  • Elaborate and execute the change management plan with the users of the solutions;

 

  • Co-ordinate and chair meetings with project stakeholders from all levels from sponsor to project team, potentially in different locations;

 

  • Be the liaison between the business units and technology teams;

 

  • Deal with all project related escalations, and seek input and assistance from appropriate channels to resolve these in a timely manner;

 

  • Make or facilitate the making of decisions in a timely manner;

 

  • Actively monitor and report progress to all stakeholders in a timely manner by using a variety of formal and informal communication channels;

 

  • Ensure that project documentation and artefacts are current, relevant and correct;

 

  • Define Digital Banking functionalities, user journey and customer experience;

 

  • Operate as Proxy Product Owner (and other project roles as needed) on Agile SCRUM methodology;

 

 

Responsabilities

 

 

  • The eBanking Business Solution Manager will specifically drive the project to provide Business to Business product/tool for BNP Paribas Wealth Management partners in Global Asian and International Markets (GAIM).

 

  • Within medium-term, eBanking Business Solution Manager should contribute to elaborate product/tool and roadmap for client online and mobile channel as Key intermediary with Sponsors: Digital Solutions, Sales and Marketing, Products, and External Communication.

 

  • Manage following deliverables / milestones, in a pro-active way:
  • projects planning, and consolidated them into one single sheet
  • dependencies between them and with other projects
  • Actively follow project milestones and validation required
  • Testing needs
  • activities status (specs, dev, testing, ...) and activities to start
  • planned steering committees and project committees

 

 

Administrative position

 

Reporting:

 

  • Functionally reports to the Distribution Domain Manager in Asia (located in Singapore)

 

 

Geographic location:

 

  • Based in Singapore
  • Travels to the main sites should be considered as part of the job Description (Europe and Asia)

 

 

 

Expected skills/Profile:

 

  • Strong Project Management experience of at least 5 years

 

  • Strong business analysis skills of at least 3 years

 

 

  •  Experience in Digital Banking (PC, Tablet, Smartphone) activities within a Wealth Management context

 

  • “External Wealth Manager”, “Third Party Manager”, “Professional Banking, “Independent Financial Advisor” functional knowledge preferred

 

 

  • Excellent knowledge in Private Banking activity

 

  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

 

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, IT teams and subject matter experts

 

  • High level of drive, integrity, persistence, edge, can-do attitude, pro-activeness and maturity

 

 

  • Experience in working in project using establish project management process methodology such as CMMI and Agile SCRUM
