We’re looking for someone like that who can:
â€" act as the first point of contact for questions related to risk, regulations, processes and tools
â€" organize and conduct in-desk trainings for new regulatory requirements, policies and processes
â€" support team members and market teams in the Client Remediation Program for Automatic Exchange of Information (AEI)
â€" resolve client escalation cases and collaborate with various functions (e.g. Operations, Legal, Compliance, Group Tax, etc.) to determine the correct handling resolution in line with the Program Service Level Agreements (SLA)
â€" support the progress-tracking and follow up of the Client Remediation Program management information (MI) â€" to enable timely completion before the project milestones / deadlines
â€" provide feedback to continuously improve the training and guidance materials for front-facing staff, as well as business processes and documentations for client experience

Your team
You’ll be working in the Tax Transformation Program and Crossborder Competence Center. We support the UBS Wealth Management (WM) Hong Kong and Singapore business primarily as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the areas of Common Reporting Standards (CRS) for Automatic Exchange of Information (AEI), Client Fiscal Compliance Initiatives (CFCI), Crossborder Framework and Product Alignment Rules (PAR).

Your experience and skills
You have:
â€" university degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Tax related disciplines
â€" relevant working experience in the banking and finance sector preferably with good knowledge of front office processes
â€" strong knowledge of banking systems
â€" strong experience in regulatory remediation initiatives (e.g. FATCA, CRS, AEI)
â€" strong in usage of MS Office applications
â€" excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. Cantonese is an added advantage (required as candidate will be working closely with Chinese clients)
