Voice Engineer (Cisco / IPC / Voice Recording)
o Manage design, implementation, overseeing build, validation and closure phases for various projects
o Plan implementation tasks, including change management and communication
o Manage vendor interaction and activities
o Validate installed solution against design record
o Coordinate testing of installed solution with customer environment
o Monitor day 1 activities and troubleshoot new product deployment
o Direct liaison with other development and support teams locally and globally
o Provide technical expertise during audits
o Work with global teams on global standards and configuration to build "Best In Class" standards Key Skills:
o Experience in managing enterprise-scale voice deployments on a variety of platforms.
o Experience with documentation as it relates to solution, designs, certifications, and evaluations
o Familiarity with a heavily controls-focused environment highly desirable
o Experience in customer support in a time-critical environment on implementation and driving project deployment.
o Networking experience (CCNP level) preferred.
o Knowledge of setting up IPC Unigy systems, IPC Turrets / Dealer boards and associated backroom technology on expert level and integration including ISDN and SIP-based services
o Knowledge on NTR recording, SONAR, Blue Wave
o Knowledge of Trade floor telephony, Voice recording and integration with 3rd party devices.
o Experience in a financial services environment is highly desirable but not essential
o Strong communication, organization and planning skills
o Ability to react to a dynamic environment
o Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach
o Strong team-player and collaborator
o Fluent English written and spoken
o Certified with IPC Trade Floor *Required:
Hands-on experience with - IPC unigy 3.x and 4.x platform
Ribbon Session border controllers, Cisco unified communication Manager, Cisco products ( router and switches), Windows/Linux platform. Nice recording product.
