Overview

Mastercard is driving opportunities within Asia Pacific to support the strategy of differentiation and delivering customized solutions, in order to increase net revenue and market share, through the identification of Customer needs and structuring new customer deals & agreements for distribution, self-issuing or BIN sponsorship.

To ensure we deliver on these priorities we are looking for a Vice President to lead the Product Management Prepaid Management Services in Asia Pacific. To envision the marketing strategy, priorities and delivery will be required, as well as being a spokesperson on industry insights and issues to the media.

This person will directly manage the Strategic Alliances team for Asia Pacific that includes one of largest accounts for Prepaid Management Services (Qantas), the Regional Market Product Management team for APAC, inclusive of local resources in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, India and Korea.

Oversight of all areas of the regional Product Management, including Planning, Product Strategy and Roadmap, GTM strategy, Compliance, Payment System Integrity and Customer Service & Delivery. Closely cooperate with, and support, Asia Pacific Business Development and Sales force (IMK) in acquiring new customers for Prepaid Management Services.

Role
• Execution of innovative strategic business building programs for new and existing Customers, and to identify opportunities for net revenue growth.

• Managing all Customer facing teams and staff, fostering a strong, dynamic and performance-oriented culture that also executes against our 'Solution Selling' process. By established and enhanced revenue business driver analysis

• Provide strategic input, regional approval and global sponsorship in to the development of new deals and existing. This includes input into the structure of the deal, as well as reviewing the strategic merits, effectiveness, chance of Customer success and financial benefit to Prepaid Management Services and the enterprise value to Mastercard.

• Support the running of the regional offices, providing leadership as well as day-to-day support on all high priority projects and initiatives.

All About You
• Extensive commercial/ financial banking experience with strong knowledge of the bank payment systems

• Substantial business development skills, coupled with leading teams in a complex environment

• An entrepreneurial leader with capable analytical and negotiation skills who can create a strong impact with proven results.
