Responsibilities

  • Drive Rewards related digital initiatives, looking into conceptualising and optimizing customer journey in line with the Bank's strategy
  • Establish key rewards partnership strategy and manage end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns within projected timelines and budget to meet business objectives
  • Adopt an innovative approach in the contribution of new ideas and solutions to business challenges
  • Regular interaction with both internal and external key stakeholders to manage and implement key initiatives timely
  • Perform consumer and market research and data analysis for decision assessment and opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to further entrench partnership with existing key partners or develop new partnerships to achieve joint objectives
  • Facilitate timely resolutions of rewards related enquiries and issues
  • Monitor market trends, opportunities, challenges including competitive landscape
  • Regularly tracks portfolio performance by analyzing portfolio KPIs
  • Drive Rewards related systems enhancements and testing where required

Requirements

  • Degree in Banking/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent with at least 6-10 years of experience in banking
  • Understanding of key business drivers and competitive trends in the unsecured lending industry
  • Analytical and good strategic thinking to leverage on data & formulate strategy
  • Self-driven and has strong managerial and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and able to collaborate with relevant stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills both written and oral
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills is a must
  • Ability to build good rapport both internally and externally and collaborate with partners across all levels of management
