Responsibilities
  • Str ategy : Outline the strategy of the digital tool for wealth management, with specific focus on client facing functions. Understand customer and business needs, digital and technology trends, including competitor landscape.
  • Customer experience : Develop best in class employee journeys in collaboration with UX design team applying design thinking and a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with the bank
  • Business solutions : Incorporate user feedback in all builds, initiatives, plans, through user immersions, usability testing and 5-stars rating. Define solutions that are
    • Valuable for platform users and customers
    • Viable: the solution works within the many constraints of the business
    • Usable: the user can figure out how to use
    • Feasible: our engineers have the skills and technology to implement
  • Data Driven : Apply key principles of the data driven operating model (DDOM) , with clearly defined drivers and outcomes, and the ability to track and improve on the business impact
  • Change Management : Drive adoption through effective change management and initiate pulse checks on user feedback to constantly uncover friction points and "jobs to be done"
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with technology, design team, product owners and other functions within the bank on delivery of initiatives and capabilities planned.

Requirements
  • Degree qualification in banking, finance, technology or any related discipline
  • Hands-on experience in managing a digital capability
  • Familiarity with wealth management is preferred
  • Strong understanding in business and customer engagement strategy.
  • Relevant experience in designing excellent employee and customer journeys and digital features.
  • Excellent data analytics skills and ability to translate data insights into business outcomes.
  • Highly adaptable with a strong self-starting trait, and thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders from technology and business across different seniority levels
  • Strong appreciation of Design Thinking, IT development and delivery.
  • Solid project management skills.
