We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP, Wealth Product Management (Equity).

Principal Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving the execution plan for new securities service or system enhancement launches to support new features, markets and order types among others
  • Analyzing customer and sales MIS to derive insights for securities business growth
  • Assist to formulate full-year business plans and be responsible for their related deployment and implementation to deliver sales target
  • Drive the execution plan for new securities service launches and their relating marketing and promotion programs
  • Analyze customer and sales data to derive insights for securities business growth
  • Identify customer pain points, suggest appropriate customer journey and monitor their improvements
  • Product Platform
    • Lead business initiatives and projects independently
    • Set up access to full range of Equity sub-classes and markets
    • Work closely with digital team, platform delivery team and other stakeholders for user requirement development, campaign logistics and customer communications
    • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal product development and management policies
    • Ensure end to end platform readiness and robustness for distribution
    • Manage internal relationships with key enablement partners and stakeholders
    • Support development of MIS and post transaction reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and support investment and product performance monitoring
  • Accountabilities
    • Smooth and timely execution of product launches that are compliant with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
    • Quality execution of sales and marketing programs, and process improvement projects according to pre-defined timeline
    • Accurate and timely production of MIS report, with in-depth analysis that leads to insights for growing business
    • Compliance with departmental and organization standard


  • 5 to 10 years of experience in banking, preferably rel
    ated to the equity products Good organization and project management skill
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/ Business Administration preferred
  • Creative and independent Strong analytical skills
  • Strong Knowledge of investment market and product end-to-end lifecycle
