Our client, a leading fintech start-up, is seeking to appoint a VP Sales to join their growing team. 

Job Details:

  • Build and scale a sales team from scratch, leveling up their capabilities to achieve high YoY growth
  • Establish framework and processes for new business development and account management 
  • Responsible for the overall productibity of the sales team, setting of critical metrics and targets
  • Able to inspire and motivate the team to perform beyond set targets. 


  • 6 to 10 years of experience in building, scaling and managing a sales team, or min. 3 years management exp in consulting, banking or private equity firms. 
  • Strive in fun, dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Strong leadership qualities 
  • Experience in payment/banking a bonus
  • Able to speak and write Bahasa Indonesian fluently
