VP, Project & Change Governance

We are looking for suitable candidate with skills in Project/Program Governance and Change Management & Governance to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Establish, refine and enforce governance processes, policies and metrics

Leverages best practices and techniques in identifying, quantifying and tracking the realization of expected benefits defined in business cases

Track the status of approved projects/programs including deliverables, costs, resources and milestones, and report progress effectively to management in a timely fashion.

Lead key programs and projects with a high degree of complexity and/or business impact.

Review and evaluate opportunities to improve the project management best practices in order to achieve higher maturity in Project and Change Management

Communicate effectively through various channels to inspire, inform and influence

Lead and provide consultative advice on Change Management

Facilitates the mission and vision of the PCM to foster a project-management-oriented culture and mind-set

 

Requirements

Relevant Bachelor's or master's degree

Min 8 years of experience in Project Management, Change Management and Project controls, strong track record of successful project delivery

Solid financial skills in terms of understanding budgets and reporting.

Experience/Certification with one or more project management methodologies (for example, PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2 and Agile)

Experience/Certification  with Change Management methodologies (for example, Prosci, AIM and Kotter)

Knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. Jira, Focalpoint, Clarity, Primavera)

Exceptional communication and engagement skills with the ability to develop and communicate the PCM vision, and inspire and motivate change

Skilled at managing business and IT stakeholder groups with tact, assertiveness and diplomacy

Understanding, interest and passion in current and emerging technologies and how other enterprises are employing them to drive digital business

Able to manage and priorities day to day workload to ensure maximum efficiencies are gained

Able to work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision

Open-minded team player with pleasant disposition
