Responsibilities

  • Define the financial linkage and engagement for the DBS Lifestyle Platform (PayLah!) and impact it has on broader CBG revenue/shareholder goals
  • Strategize with our key ecosystem partners and find ways to drive the broader KPIs of the platform - ATE, DVC
  • Own & drive the ecosystem engagements for the broader platform whilst continually assessing local, regional competitors for new use cases
  • Enable Intelligent Banking linkage of Platform to drive engagement both vertically & horizontally and making these strategies a reality
  • Evolve the roadmap for the mobile platform over next 3 years - owning the platform strategy and continually evolving it and updating senior leaders of results and future use cases to drive engagement

Requirements

  • Product Management in payments or mobile payments is a must
  • Proven leader in consumer banking organisations
  • Proven experience in digital payments innovation
  • Ability to articulate the platform strategy of the bank to leaders and at times external parties
  • Strong presentation skills both written and oral
  • Have proven experience in engaging senior leaders both internally & external partners
  • Being digitally savvy and at the forefront of mobile payments within the region
  • Ability to build good rapport both internally and at time engagement with key ecosystem partners of DBS
  • Able to work in an ambiguous environment across multiple internal/external departments
  • High passion for digital payments and a self-starter
  • Ability to delivery strong recommendations that are actionable
  • Data orientated - being able to extract insights from payments data
  • Experience with agile or lean methodology
