A Martech Lead will help look at our current martech stack - do an inventory, visualise what is needed to build a data led marketing powerhouse and evangelise to get buy-ins from all stakeholders. This person embraces change, is innovative and is hungry to drive best-in-class marketing solutions.
1. Technology
  • Plan, consolidate and recommend the overall stack of martech requirements
  • Integrate and standardise existing martech stack, including plugging identified gaps
  • Drive implementation of solutions to keep pace with external digital changes
  • Leverage existing martech solutions like Adobe Target and Adobe Manager.
2. Process
  • Design and manage internal workflows and processes
  • Integrate martech with non-marketing or other banking systems
  • Operate martech products as an administrator, including martech budget
3. Data
  • Perform security reviews such as data privacy and compliance reviews of martech solutions
  • Monitor data quality within martech products
  • Oversee martech governance such as ensuring martech stack is up-to-date and effective tracking (eg. tagging taxonomy, mobile analytics tools like Appsflyer)
4. People
  • Lead a martech squad comprising tech SMEs to ensure alignment and delivery of the team's desired business impact
  • Train and support marketing staff on using martech. Training should also extend to other staff such as product managers and business analytists
  • Champion martech adoption and ensure all staff incorporate martech stack as part of product/service initial build instead of as an afterthought
  • Strong background in martech with minimum 8 years demonstrable experience
  • Effective communicator equally at ease with business and technical stakeholders
  • Inquisitive mind that keeps pace with changes in the marketing landscape from both legislation and technology angles
  • Strong project management experience
  • Team player with leadership qualities
