The incumbent will be reporting to the APAC Head of Financial Crime where they will act as an FCC advisor to all business units in APAC. The role will be responsible for all matters related to KYC, transaction surveillance (AML, CFT, Sanctions), investigations and training. You will also be responsible to conduct and validate KYC of high-risk clients, which will include Customer Sanction Risk Assessment and investigation on all FCC related matters including AML/CTF, Sanctions, anti-fraud, anti-bribery & corruption, and other internal and external escalations.
To be qualified for this position, you will be a seasoned Financial Crime Compliance professional, who has relevant experience working in an investment banking setup. Due to the nature of the role, you should possess strong knowledge of Sanctions/AML, and work well in a team environment.
