We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a VP, FCC Oversight and Reporting.

Principal responsibilities
  • ​Assist the Head of Oversight and Reporting in developing and implementing best in practice standards, and procedures to govern the execution of oversight and reporting in Country Support
  • Support the delivery of an effective communications strategy for the FCC country team.
  • Ensure that information is shared across geography and businesses on relevant financial crime risk issues.
  • Support the implementation of the global strategy for delivering effective Issues Management governance in the country.
  • Build constructive relationships with Internal Audit, Financial Crime to produce and aligned view of risks between second and third line of defense
  • Support the continuing development or transformation of the Financial Crime Compliance operating model to ensure the business operates increasingly effectively and efficiently
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of a country management information, analysis and reporting framework that supports and informs timely and effective business management and decision making at all levels


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Prior experience in one or more financial crime roles.
  • Knowledge of AML, CTF and sanctions, and application to relevant lines of business, would be an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably within a large financial institution.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple issues and priorities and demonstrated judgment and poise in challenging circumstances.
  • Lateral thinker with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues.
  • Excellent communicator both written and oral and strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyse information and identify potential areas of concern that are fact based.
  • Works well across a diverse team and is willing to assist others as needed.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proactive self starter with proven ability to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience of working effectively within a large team, collaborating for success.
