Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class wealth and personal banking solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP, EBS Sales Operations and Micro Marketing.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Establish and generate new business through Employee Banking Service Event at company premises via connecting with Key Appointment holders, HR and Decision makers of companies
  • Build and deepen relationship with existing engaged companies through maintaining strong relationship with Key Appointment holders, HR and Decision makers of engaged companies
  • Work closely with branch directors to provide support to drive activities to the branches base on the network established
  • Promote RBWM management capabilities, primarily focusing on HSBC Premier and Advance proposition and their customers
  • Promote RBWM Expatriate proposition to support our global capabilities and work with relocation companies to assist key appointment holder’s relocation
  • Establish and develop strong relationship with commercial banking, Global banking and manage intra customer group referrals from RBWM and other customer group

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Proven sales track record and some working experience in promoting Retail Banking and Wealth Management in a dedicated client relationship role
  • High level of drive to excel and thrive in a sales oriented environment
