Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain working models with stakeholders on branch arrivals actions needed for both consumer and corporate branch going customers
  • Change to reduce individual/corporate branch arrival behaviours though journey changes/improvements using all available service points
  • Ensure measurable and meaningful benefits to employee(s) with implemented journey changes or on existing processes.
  • Smooth implementation through simple and clear communications to customer(s) and staff
  • Explore new opportunities to further intention of reduction arrivals

1. Understand drivers to success

  • Understands drivers towards delivering desired outcomes, suggesting reasonable actions around hypothesis
  • Guides team on relevant experiments to test hypothesis
  • Explore/assess relevant partnerships/capabilities in achieving strategic intent

2. Solutions Delivery

  • Comfortable leading conversations with stakeholders on actions to delivery desired outcomes
  • Puts customers in the centre of design and actions with good comms even when on machine journey(s)
  • Ensure message to touchpoints is consistent and clear for both customer and staff
  • Understands branch controls and conform to audit/compliance requirements
  • Automate for better EJ and controls

3. People Management

  • Motivated to constantly strive to improve individual performance'
  • Encourage fail early, fail fast
  • Develop staff for cross support functionality

4. Personal Development

  • Consistently upgrade and develop new skills
  • Lead/Participate in bank's initiatives / related activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience
  • Degree in related field
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical/problem solving skill
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Possess a sound knowledge of the Bank's products & services.
  • Familiar with machines in branch
  • Familiar with social and digital marketing
  • Understanding design thinking is a plus
