Responsibilities

Ensure POSB continues to be perceived as a bank for the community by customers and partners even as the bank evolves
Develop new relations and enhance existing collaborations with partners
Successful and professional execution of POSB community events
Optimise resources, through adequate staffing, effective fund management and prudent budget planning and fund drawdowns

1. Fulfilling the needs of the community

  • Oversees the quality, relevance and growth of curated events/activities for targeted segments of kids/youth and senior segment.
  • Bring digital to the community, designing the interaction(s) and engagements which lead to meaningful business outcomes
  • Identity and test new interaction opportunities for targeted segments of kids/youth and senior segment
  • Bringing together stakeholders to improve preposition to further our mission
  • Ensure due risk controls in place during volunteer-participant interaction and journey design

2. Event and Organisational Skills
  • Thoughtful service delivery in events, at scale and aligned with POSB's strategic priorities with measurable outcomes
  • Considers safety and security at event/activities
  • Represent POSB in events and activities furthering the bank's mission
  • Ensure deliveries within budget

3. Partner Relationship Management
  • Cultivating strategic partnership using data and needs within kids/youth and senior segment keeping engagement up to date
  • Manage and strengthen existing strategic partners aligned to bank's values

4. Personal & Team Development
  • Consistently upgrades and develop new skills through continual training, education and observations
  • Be digital and creative, willingness to learn and try new experiences
  • Leads and inspires team to grow


Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience
  • Degree in related field
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical/problem solving skill
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Familiar with social and digital marketing
  • Event organising capabilities
  • Knowledge of the Bank's products & services is a plus
