VP/AVP, Credit Architecture Programme, Risk Management Group

Business Function

Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

This hire is required to deliver an improved end-to-end credit process and monitoring for corporates, and the responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to a programme manager to ensure close follow up on deliverables in the project.
  • Support Product Owners and Stream leads in defining and collating business requirements and preparing functional requirements on behalf of the business and risk management/credit units.
  • Support Product Owners and Stream leads in planning test scenarios, performing pre-UAT sanity checks and co-ordinating with end users to perform UAT.
  • Conducting training for new and existing system related processes and functionality.
  • Maintaining business related documentation for the credit systems including requirements, user guides, Frequently Asked Questions, and ensuring these are updated to the Intranet for on-going access by credit and business users.
  • Performing any other business specific tasks in the project schedule including data analysis, user interviews/surveys, maintaining system configuration, preparing user reports and Live Verification.
  • Working closely with T&O support & delivery teams to ensure that user requirements are delivered successfully.
  • Developing and delivering plans to communicate the changes and managing the change process.


Requirements
  • Degree in Banking, Commerce or Information Systems-related field with at least 7 years' relevant experience in project management.
  • Product knowledge and prior experience in Wholesale/Corporate Banking, Loans, Trade and Treasury & Markets preferred.
  • Knowledge of credit products, risk monitoring/control processes and credit processing systems of banks preferred.
  • Able to multi-task, and support the Programme MD to track and ensure timely delivery of the multiple and complex workstreams within CAP.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
