User Experience Lead (1-Year Contract)

The role of the User Experience Lead is to:

- Visualise, design and conceptualise user experience across digital interfaces

- Skilled in developing detailed wireframes, user journeys and prototypes to communicate design intent

- Understand business requirerments and translate them into user interface design requirements

- Lead sketching sessions with strong understanding of design research methodologies

- Interface with development teams to ensure design delivery meets high quality standards

- Effectively act on internal feedback, user testing results and learnings to iterate designs that deliver more value for user and business

- Work closely with project teams to develop scenarios, personas, storyboards and user journeys

- Collaborate with key project team members to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in user interface design or graphic/visual development

- Passionate about new technologies, digital innovation and design

- Conversant in lean/agile product development methodologies

- Sharp design sensibilities, critical thinking, and an eye for details

- Familiarity with digital interfaces, prototyping tools and an awareness of relevant technical and ergonomic considerations

- Strong presentation skills in explaining interactions, scenarios and storyboards
