Description

  • Manage and handles Cheque Clearing(Inward, Outward) of Local/ Foreign currency, GIRO/ G3 (FAST & BULK Payments) and Corporate Payment Lockbox (Retail & Wholesale) Operations
  • Responsible for continuous collaboration with ICG Product team for providing Receivable Solution for Lockbox Clients (Retail & Wholesale) and support in end to end implementation of the solutions, performing daily production work involving Data Enrichment
  • Invoice reconciliation based on agreed Business Rules. Partner with businesses on their value proposition to deepen client relationship
  • Adhering to Service Values that deliver highest level of Client Excellence and the Fair Dealing outcomes to win Customer's (Internal & External) confidence by offering products/ solutions/ services that are suitable for their target segment eventually meeting the expectations of the seniors and organization
  • Knowledge on Sanctions Screening, Promontory requirements for AML that applies for Cheques
  • Liaise with authorized Clearing Bodies (SACH/ MAS), Vendors and partners for technology and process related enhancements, liaise with Global Security Operations(Firewall), Global Network Command Center for Annual VPN Gateway Certificate Renewals, Annual Application/ B2B Network COB Drills, and participate in Industry Activities related to CTS and GIRO/ G3 systems
  • Review and improve process efficiencies via simplifying, streamlining and contribute in Digital Transformation of Processes to eliminate the Manual work to achieve production and costing effectiveness
  • Responsible for first hands Business Impact Analysis, Risk Analysis and Cost Assessment of Processes (or process changes), new Product, new Project launches affecting the department or cut across the business units/franchise
  • Perform Business coordination and manage the Technology counterparts, keep in view of the Regulatory standards, meeting Compliance and Information Security standards
  • Work closely with BISO, TISO, RISO and Global ID Administration Teams
  • Should also well accustom to Citi Compliance and CISS Policies
  • Track overall progress of all the projects, work with the Scrum teams, provide periodical updates to management and closely monitor for timely implementation until closure by following Agile approach


Qualifications

  • Strong system knowledge of Cheque clearing process for both ICG and GCG
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships effectively with GCG & ICG Business Product Managers, Implantation, Service Managers, Technology Counterparts and diverse groups across geographies (specially regional Product teams)
  • Strong project management
  • Excellent written English and Fluency in spoken with Matured personality with a high level of initiative and drive
  • Strong team player with good relationship building and management skills with Internal and external clients
