Transaction Services Manager
Key responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the team that perform critical processes including timely and accurate association settlements, Association Reporting for Credit cards , and Regulatory MAS Reporting for CITI NA and Citibank Singapore Limited .
  • Manage Global Rewards Invoicing and Payment related processes
  • Support, and participate with business on all project initiatives, especially on cards new product launches or changes
  • Handle all Audits - internal and external (KPMG)
  • MCA and control are effectively managed
  • Streamline process and automate to ensure production effectiveness and efficiency
  • Responsible for timely processing of relevant invoices, cost allocation and manage accrual, expenses and provide MIS related to payments
  • Governance on Proofing and reconciliation related matter with Citi Affiliate partners
  • Solve complex inquiries, settlement, proofing and reconciliation issue and escalate as need with internal/external counterparties
  • Provide detailed analysis of escalated issues when necessary and recommend actions for resolution

Other skills & requirements
  • Expertise and experience in Cards / Association (Master , Visa etc) related processes especially around settlement
  • Good understanding of the Proofing and reconciliation process
  • Ability to manage an operations team onshore as well as offshore, ensuring the settlement / association related processes are completed timely and relevant controls
  • People and Project Management Skills including ability to work closely with Cards and other Product teams, regional office staff, proofing units, finance and other stakeholders
  • Able to work independently while leading a team to deliver outcomes under time constraints
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially under high pressure situations
  • Meticulous and eye for detail and process improvement
  • Strong risk & control mindset and process oriented
  • Strong team player, detailed-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Bachelors' degree with >10 years of relevant operational experience
