We have an opportunity for a Traffic / Project Manager position.

JOB PURPOSE

The Brand Room at Standard Chartered is a newly established team responsible for supporting the global business through the provision of digital and traditional design, finished artwork and copywriting. Ensuring accurate execution, coordination and timely delivery of projects focused on internal and external brand alignment. The company has almost 87,000 employees across 70 markets. Delivering consistency in communication visually and verbally ensures a united experience for all staff and customers.

The purpose of this role is to:
* Serve as client liaison, managing deadlines and workflow in the creative team
* Coordinate project briefs, timelines and logistics
* Drive service excellence through your role in collaboration with the design team and multiple internal clients
* Align with brand standards in an ever-evolving, multi-cultural, diverse environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Take and allocate briefs with clarity and alignment to brand standards
* Set timelines coordinate projects from start to delivery, ensuring a consistent and time-sensitive workflow is maintained
* Manage the day-to-day traffic within the creative team - copy and design
* Collaborate with internal clients and building long-term relationships through effective and efficient communication
* Adhere to service level agreements, policies and procedures
* Track research, monitor and deliver regular progress reports on the team's activity
* Collaborate with vendors and agencies when required

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

* 5-10+ years' experience in a digitally driven creative design environment - agency or MNC
* Highly organised and able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
* Expert in resource planning
* Ability to comprehend and effectively meet tight deadlines
* Working knowledge of Microsoft office and associated traffic management and project management systems. Some knowledge of Adobe CS6 would be an advantage
* Ability to adapt briefs to different audiences, cultures, geographies and touchpoints
* Demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making abilities
* Problem-solving skills and strong understanding of brand standards
* Attention to detail essential
* Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
* Passionate and progressive attitude
* Must be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
* Presentation skills preferred
* Formal education (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma) in communication, marketing or a relevant field required
