- 2nd-3rd level OS support for all desktop and mobile users, remote & onsite
- Assist in development of new working with End User Services
- Primary point of contact for day to day IT and Infrastructure support
- Follow the sun structure offering a key position in the region

The Candidate: - Prior trading floor/application support experience
- Minimum 4+ yrs of IT Support experience
- Virtual Desktop Access support (Citrix VDI, vSphere etc)
- Microsoft Office/Windows, Cisco, Active Directory and Exchange understanding
- Willingness to collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization and exhibit a high level of proficiency in communication
- Ability to take ownership of issues and have a problem-solving mindset, self-sufficient and proactive
