Trade Floor IT Support (1 Year Contract)

The incumbent is part of a team which will be providing IT support for the users in the Asia trade floors.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for all users on the trade floor
• Liaise with 2nd and 3rd level support when applicable
• Liaise with external vendors/providers for support of external systems/vendor supported systems
• Setup and installation of user workstations, printers, etc
• Ensuring that user workstations and devices are promptly updated with security patches/fixes
• Raise service/incident tickets in the service management system and track them to completion
• Ensure escalation of high priority issues to management

Requirements
• 5 years of IT end user support experience
• Good team player and able to work independently under immense pressure with little supervision
• Excellent customer service mindset and skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong working knowledge and troubleshooting skills of MS Windows, MS Office applications, BT turret system, iPhone, iPad
• Good working knowledge of software security remediation
• Working experience with market data systems like Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters Eikon, etc
• Working experience of equity/FX/Fixed Income trading systems is a plus
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends and holidays
