The Security Services Delivery Lead L4 also oversees a number of key functions that enable the delivery of a high- quality service to customers and end users. The role is accountable for results, and the management and monitoring of the day to day activities ensuring seamless, productive and positive customer and end user experiences across platforms, technologies and geographies through delivery and optimization of employee productivity tools and services, development of employee centric solutions and providing employee focused IT support to regional employees

The Security Services Delivery Lead L4 is accountable for:

  • The oversight and successful execution of all projects allocated within the region
  • Ensuing all allocated projects are delivered on time, within budget, achieving planned project margin
  • To promote and maintain the highest level of processes, best practice and knowledge sharing within the Professional Services team to ensure that the quality and consistency of delivery is outstanding at all times.
  • Ensure that thorough and successful handover of new projects from Sales to Delivery and from Delivery to Customers
  • Owner of the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required
  • As owner of the escalation process Head of Delivery will take ownership of major incidents to ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review
  • Ensuring successful transition to a managed services model, while delivering a next-generation technology strategy and continuously improving the IT operating model
  • Provide day-to-day management and execution support through partnership with senior leadership team
  • Owner of the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required
  • Be an ambassador for Supplier, working across the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments/pillars

Basic Technical Skills:

  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT including implementing IT/business transformational initiatives of varying scope and complexity that deliver strategic capabilities in an enterprise environment
  • End to End Security Product Life Cycle Management in terms of Design, Architecture, Implementation, Go- Live, Transition, and Production support/Service delivery
  • Excellent Stake holder management
  • Strong broad technical skills across application Development, DevOps And Cloud
  • CISSP Certification is good to have
