Our client is a well-established multinational healthcare organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its regional FP&A team based in Singapore. Supporting multiple markets across Asia, this role will focus on financial planning, business performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and performance updates for regional stakeholders, including sales tracking, profitability reviews, and business performance analysis.
- Conduct month-end financial analysis and provide commentary on key business drivers, variances, and emerging trends.
- Partner with budget owners to monitor operating expenses, ensuring spending remains aligned with approved budgets and forecasts.
- Support revenue and gross margin reporting across different business units and product categories.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams on intercompany reporting activities and financial data consolidation.
- Participate in the preparation of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term strategic planning exercises.
- Provide analytical support for business initiatives, investment decisions, and commercial projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, strengthen financial processes, and enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Develop management presentations and reporting materials for leadership review.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis, process improvement projects, and business requests as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, or related finance functions within a multinational organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with planning and reporting systems, business intelligence platforms, or ERP systems will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is preferred.
