As a Technical Services Analyst, you will work closely with a variety of teams internally at Iress, supporting our clients in getting the best use from our Wealth product suite. Your main focus will be to assist our Account Executives in meeting our clients’ reporting and workflow objectives. You’ll do this by collaborating on client requirements, generating and coding reports, assisting with technical queries and ultimately helping to develop our clients knowledge of Iress’ product offering and how best to utilise this to meet their needs.

The role

As a Technical Services Analyst, you will work closely with a variety of teams internally at Iress, supporting our clients in getting the best use from our Wealth product suite. Your main focus will be to assist our Account Executives in meeting our clients’ reporting and workflow objectives.  You’ll do this by collaborating on client requirements, generating and coding reports, assisting with technical queries and ultimately helping to develop our clients knowledge of Iress’ product offering and how best to utilise this to meet their needs. 


What you will be doing 

  • Working closely with a variety of internal colleagues to ensure our clients have full utilisation and maximum leverage of Iress’ products.
  • Taking responsibility for the coding and engineering of financial reports for Wealth clients.
  • Customising the user interface to match engineered financial reports.
  • Assisting Account Executives in setting expectations and timeframes for delivery of our clients’ requests.
  • Prioritising and managing tasks on multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Recognising and adapting to continually shifting priorities.
  • Suppling timely and concise responses to client support queries on workflow.

 

What you will need

  • Excellent team working skills and the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment with a variety of colleagues across different locations
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • A good technical understanding with advanced Microsoft office skills and preferable some knowledge and experience with at least some of the following technologies - XML, Open Office, Web Development, CSS, Java, .net and HTML, Python
  • An analytical mind with an interest in problem solving and excellent attention to detail
