Better requires process discipline and simplification
We'll be looking to you to consult and support sales functions to implement new solutions for key vertical markets ensuring full alignment with all operational areas.  You will coordinate the delivery of customer solution from the first transaction, through the pilot period to operational handover.  You'll address customer queries that arise during the implementation process and setting appropriate expectations on WUBS capabilities.  You will work closely with the business to determine scope of projects and requirements including liaising with relevant business areas to ensure complete understanding of implementation.  You'll maintain effective relationships with all other relevant teams to maximize and sustain service quality for all customers.        

For such a detail-driven role, you will have 3+ years of experience in implementing software projects.  You will have experience working with financial institutions or in the financial sector.  Strong experience with IT skills in Excel and PowerPoint.  You will be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
