Morgan McKinley is currently working with a leading Consultancy who are actively looking out for a Technical Consultant to join their team.
- Engage in professional services (installation & consulting) linked to I360 Suite & specializing in WFM
- Technical troubleshooting of I360 suite & specializing of WFM function
- L1 & L2 support for I360 Product and specializing in WFM
- Good communication and Analytical skills
- End to end ownership for issues & project handling
- Customer engagement handling
- End user training
- Business / application consultancy
- At least 5-7 years' experience of providing technical post-sales support service to clients, preferably gained from within the Telecommunications/IT/Contact Center marketplace.
- Administration and maintenance of Enterprise level Application will be an added advantage.
- Microsoft Certification is must
- Excellent knowledge of IT security issues (firewall, Microsoft security, IIS lockdown)
- Excellent Knowledge in communication - network structure (LAN, WAN) protocols (TCP-IP) and communication equipment functionality (hubs, switching hubs, routers)
- Knowledge in databases (SQL server 2000) and SQL commands
- Knowledge in hardware -- Servers H/W modules, RAIDs
