Team Lead, Procurement Operations

  1. Lead the procurement operations team looking after Purchase Order Issuance, Supplier Due Diligence & Contract Management.
  2. Support the Head of Department in the department's reporting and data analytics requirement, including:
    1. Organising, interpreting, and analysing of qualitative and quantitative data to identify and assess patterns, trends, root causes & develop explanations.
    2. Perform procurement spend data analytics & reporting including data collection, consolidation and analysis on a regular basis
    3. Manage the collection and categorisation of spend and supplier performance data to deliver consistent and credible analysis
    4. Builds specific reports to drive category savings levers (e.g., historical spend trends, cost increases, volume spikes, etc.)
  3. Lead the implementation and on-going administration of the eProcurement system.


Qualifications
1. Minimum degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
2. Understanding of procurement operations.
3. Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
4. Demonstrate strong data management & analysis skills with a sharp eye for detail.
5. Detail oriented, ability to plan, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
