System Analyst (Application Support)

Provide support of all related components of application systems and delivery of BAU changes (bug fixes, upgrades and enhancements):
a) Pro-actively looking for Production system improvements and defects prevention to add value to business
b) Work with vendors to understand and apply hotfixes with proper test management cycle
c) Provide subject matter support to business change requests
d) Pro-actively manage risks related matters and ensure there is no overdue items
e) Work with other teams in IT and coordinate system related activities
f) Plan and commission production system implementation
g) Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting
h) Supervise on-site vendors assigned to projects
i) Liaise with vendors on issues, resolution and follow up
j) Work with business user on requirement gathering, testing and implementation of system enhancements

Qualifications
1) Preferably with Information Technology / Engineering/ Computer Science related degree.
2) Possesses system support or development experience with knowledge on the following will be an advantage:
a) Technical knowledge J2EE, .NET, C++, IIS, ASP.NET, Cordova, MSSQL, Unix/Linux or MS Windows application development.
b) Knowledge of 3 tier application architecture
3) A self-motivated personality, and able to work efficiently by himself/herself, as well as, in a team
