1. Participate in stories and business requirement gatherings
2. Understand business requirements and translate them into test cases and steps for testing
3. perform QA testing and ensure that business requirement is incorporated into system design
4. Review the feasibility of possible improvements in testing scope/steps
5. Collaborate with IT developers, vendors and business leads to ensure requirements are clearly understood and business scenarios are incorporated in the testing scope
6. Document all test results and defects in the appropriate repository (Jira, Mantis, Sharedpoint, etc.)
7. Communicate effectively with IT/business stakeholders
8. Work with relevant stakeholders to support UAT/end-to-end and regression testing.
9. perform any other tasks assigned by line manage (e.g. report generation)
