What you'll do:

As a Shared Services Oversight Associate, you will play an integral role in supporting the smooth operation of essential business functions within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve monitoring service delivery metrics, collaborating with various teams to address operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. You will be instrumental in driving process improvements by leveraging your analytical skills and industry knowledge.
