Service Manager, Emerging Business - Customer Service Unit (6 months contract)
The Service Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring customers' accounts and transactions are correctly reviewed and processed according to the organisation's procedures, and within regulatory and compliance guidelines. He/She will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide servicing support to hotline, branches, operations for Emerging Business
2. Engage customers professionally with regards to accounts/facilities updates and queries
3. Conduct documental checks and handle exception approvals for corporate customers' transactions 4. Perform enhanced screenings and due diligence Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks during account reviews and triggers
5. Collaborate with internal partners to carry out workflows to support our customers

Qualifications
1. A confident, effective team player with initiative 2. Able to work independently and under pressure with the ability to retain huge amount of product and service knowledge
3. Good analytical and problem solving skills, meticulous and a keen eye for details
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
5. Experience in front-line roles will be an added advantage

On-the-job training will be provided to facilitate understanding of internal banking processes and appropriate customer communications, guided by the unit's Team Leader or experienced Service Manager.
