The Senior PM/BA will closely monitor the activities of the data and reporting team. Responsible to plan, design, develop, and to deliver projects across APAC. This includes gathering and analysing data. Contribute to Business Cases preparation, resources allocation, manage schedules, understand business and systems requirements, lead the projects with strong technical experience and adhere to the existing standards and guidelines.

Decription of the role

  • Create and lead a team of BA and developers
  • Coordinate one or more teams through brainstorming concepts, documenting clear project requirements, and delivering quality
  • Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
  • Generate and compile reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues.
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team
  • Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the CTO Office
  • Monitor staff performance and if required support on performance reviews


  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
  • Strong technical experience in ETL and reporting technologies: (Informatica, Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Business Intelligence…)
  • Experience in Agile, SCRUM etc… methodologies will be an added advantage
  • 10+ years of technology and project management experience, including system architecture, tracking and planning projects
  • 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders as data analyst
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership
  • Previous experience in Banking environment is an added advantage
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
