Our client is a top international bank and financial services institution where they provide various range of products from private and commercial banking and wealth management services. They are looking for a Senior Systems Support Analyst to join their team.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will contribute to the overall success of the Dealing Room Support, in Singapore and Hong Kong ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Also, ensuring all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
This person is also responsible for first level technical system support to all production systems being used by the users on the Singapore trade floor.
