Senior Partnership Lead

The Partner Account Director (PAD) will drive, data access, product capability potential and sales revenue from new and existing partner accounts. They will also manage the identification and onboarding of new partners as required by the business. They will build on the established relationships and generate new partners in line with strategy, across Asia Pacific.
Passion and knowledge of the fintech, digital and e-commerce partnerships space is vital. A major focus is around product development, re-designing and reimagining our customer journeys and improving our customer experience. Another ley aspect is data access, forming value exchanges that open opportunities for Experian to access consumer and business data that amplify our capability in the region.
This is an APAC role and local Experian strategy and existing market roles will need to be taken into consideration and the candidate will need to be collaborative and incremental in their efforts.
The role sits within the Asia Pacific Experian X Lab business and reports directly to the Innovation Director for APAC. Experian APAC has a very ambitious and focused growth agenda. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced executive with strong business acumen who can drive a culture of continuous innovation coupled with excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Partner Account Management
  • Developing client relationships, creating 'trusted advisor' status
  • Conduct Proof of Concepts to explore capabilities and manage mutual interests
  • Identify and execute partner revenue opportunities for Experian
  • High level analysis of results and interpretation to shape channel and deliver to targets and growth requirements
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of client performance
  • Support the business in achieving the results

Team Contribution
  • Support the business in achieving the results
  • Contribute to the development of new propositions, new verticals and new sales opportunities
  • Facilitate and drive performance management processes
  • Lead from the front

Essential:

  • 5 + years channel sales experience
  • Proven track record on delivering results
  • Experienced channel professional who can lead and influence
  • Ideally experienced within a Financial Services and regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of emerging business models relating to financial services and related
  • Strong negotiating, influencing, closing and communication skills
  • Commercially astute within Digital and e-commerce background
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong technology and data understanding
