Morgan McKinley is currently partnering with a leading multinational organisation to appoint a Senior Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional seeking a regional role with broad exposure across legal operations, corporate governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and compliance support to the Asia Pacific Legal team across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support the review, preparation and administration of commercial agreements, legal documentation and corporate governance matters.
• Conduct legal due diligence, KYC and sanctions screening for customers and vendors, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with corporate governance and entity management, including board documentation, statutory filings and maintaining corporate records.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on legal, compliance and regulatory matters across the region.
• Maintain and organise legal documentation, monitor compliance deadlines and support continuous improvement of legal processes and documentation standards.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience as an in-house paralegal or within the commercial practice of a reputable law firm.
• Strong experience in corporate secretarial, KYC, due diligence and compliance matters.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and engage confidently with regional stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and commercial acumen.
• Experience within a multinational environment is highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is beneficial to support interactions with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
