Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

  • Perform post-acceptance technical verification of accepted Letters of Acceptance/ Facility Pack and arrange for in-house security documents to be safekept (where applicable);

  • Follow-up with Relationship Managers on missing information and outstanding documentation;

  • Liaise with internal departments for repricing, line reduction, release of in-house documents and redemptions;

  • Follow-up with the Valuers on the receipt of the valuation report, discrepancies and confirmation/clarification on the property affected by Road/ Drainage Interpretation Plan;

  • Appoint Lawyers for ACRA lodgement for in-house documents and follow up with Lawyers for confirmation lodgement completed;

  • Follow up with JTC/ HDB for confirmation of nil breaches/ lease terms;

  • Prepare insurance template for blanket fire insurance with appointed Insurer;

  • Process valuation subsidy payments to Valuers;

  • Process legal subsidy payments to Lawyers;

  • Process referral fee payments to 3rd party agents;

  • Attend to courier and despatch for receipt and collection of documents from law firms, customer and other internal departments;

  • Attend to common mailbox and ensure that query, feedback and/ or complaints are investigated and handled promptly;

  • Assist in other administrative areas.
Requirements
  • GCE 'A' Level/ Diploma in Banking & Finance with at least 2 years relevant working experience;

  • Proficiency in MS Office application (including MS Access);

  • Self-motivated, strong attention to details skills, good organizational skills and able to multi-task;

  • Knowledge in corporate loan products will be advantageous.
