Senior Network Implementation Engineer
Introduction to the role:
- Large global technology organization requires an experienced Network Engineer for a Global Network Site Upgrade Project
- Responsible for supporting the network WAN implementation globally
- Responsible for the change management, documentation and implementation including campus and office networks and regional data center networks.
- Participate in the strategic planning and operational management of the global network infrastructure
- Work alongside a project manager and a team of Network Engineers
Skills / experience required:
- Must have hands mutli-site WAN deployment experience
- Routing and switching protocols: BGP, OSPF
- Documented experience in multi-site design, implementation & migration related to LAN/WAN
- Cisco hardware - routers, switches, ACS/ISE, UCS
- Network and application performance analysis and optimization In-depth understanding of TCP/IP protocols and performance troubleshooting
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in network design, implementation and support
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or above certification
- (Good to have) Firewall configuration
