Lead and execute the key marketing communications projects involving enterprise customers and senior management team.

  • Create a compelling narrative for the overall programme /campaign to drive awareness, conversion and leadership.  Play up as program host where needed.
  • Develop content for executive communications (internal & external) when needed on project basis
  • Lead digital marketing practice to enable digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
  • Practitioner experience in key digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and paid media, in line with campaign plans and business
  • Experience in B2B audience engagement through new media

 

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the key marketing communications projects involving enterprise customers and senior management team.

  • Plan and execute business, customer and executive communications to support the organisation’s business goals.
  • Develop content for marketing programs and campaigns, to engage and build mindshare, targeting enterprise customers to support marketing strategy and business plans
  • Partner with other functions in Marketing to drive awareness and thought leadership through multi-channel touchpoints along the customers’ journey
  • Provide best practice advice on an audience led approach to strategic communications and message creation, providing communications and copywriting support for key pieces of content that workstreams need to produce

 

Lead digital marketing practice to enable digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and paid media, in line with campaign plans and business

  • Partner with campaign owner as subject matter expert to plan out & harness digital marketing in full funnel execution.
  • Review and provide enhancement to marketing communication suitable for the digital channels.   Social media supervision to ensure coherence and effectiveness of visual branding and content to drive messaging followers’ growth and engagement
  • Ensure efficient operations of the digital team, time to market and performance marketing tracker/reports.
  • Lead and oversight on MarTech, Paid Media & Agencies to continuously optimise automated lead qualification through lead scoring.

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, reading and speaking as the role is required to communicate in this language.
  • 7 to 10 years of digital marketing/marketing communications experience.
  • Experience in ICT, System integrator environments preferred, focusing on SME/Enterprise Customer Segments that need IT solutions and services, ranging from ICT and managed services.
  • Experience working with agencies to support delivery of plans.
  • Deep hands-on planning and executional experience omnichannel and customer engagement activations (events, b2b customer engagements)
  • Working knowledge of SFDC and Adobe Campaign preferred.
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
  • Good understanding on new media – digital and social media marketing in China/US/EU
