RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
· Develop the Education & Awareness ("E&A") Programme for Resilience, including Information and Cyber Security Resilience

Business

    Responsible for the development and maintenance of an Education & Awareness ("E&A") needs analysis for the disciplines in scope for Resilience Responsible for the provision of the tools, techniques and support for Subject Matter Experts to identify their E&A requirements and develop content for their subjects. Responsible for the design and delivery of an E&A programmes which meet the requirements of the subject matter experts and in line with the Bank's standards and guidelines Responsible for the design and delivery of global E&A campaigns which support the objectives of the E&A programme Responsible for the development of role specific training in conjunction with the Subject Matter Experts
Responsible for the engagement and management of specialist third party vendors in line with the Bank's standards and guidelines to support the delivery of the programme

Our Ideal Candidate.
· At least 10 to 15 years of experience in the banking industry
· Must have had experience in Resilience, Education and awareness
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Strong experience in handling awareness programme
· Must have handled a global portfolio.
· Stakeholder management
· Risk management.
· Responsible for the development and maintenance of an Education & Awareness ("E&A") needs analysis for the disciplines in scope for Resilience
· Should be responsible - for the provision of the tools, techniques and support for Subject Matter Experts to identify their E&A requirements and develop content for their subjects.
· Accountable for the design and delivery of an E&A programmes which meet the requirements of the subject matter experts and in line with the Bank's standards and guidelines
· Should carry the ownership for the development of role specific training in conjunction with the Subject Matter Experts.
