Senior Manager, HR

  • Provide strong business partnering and support to the business in areas such as recruiting, onboarding, talent and management development and trainings, talent pool management, organizational development, performance management and workforce planning
  • Build, lead and manage the HR team to ensure it is fully capable to deliver key HR delieverables
  • Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies and approaches to ensure talent pipeline is optimized in line with business goals. This includes developing the employer brand
  • Implement HR strategy to enhance competetive edge by attracting and building talent
  • Regular review of compensation and benefits structure
  • Implement and improve training and development programs and build organizational capacity
  • Implement necessary plans to drive operational and cultural performance improvement. Communicate strategy and objectives to the business
  • Ensure employee relations issues are handled professionally and within the legislative framework required

Your background

  • At least 10 years of HR experience operating as a HR leader
  • Excellent understanding of local labour law and practices
  • Strong commercial acumen exhibiting good understanding of business needs and being able to translate it into suitable HR deliverables
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills: both verbal and non-verbal
  • Hands-on with a results-oriented work approach
