Senior Manager, Cost Service Charge Governance

This role will play a key role in the development & delivery of the Group's strategic cost service charge governance processes.

Purpose
This role will play a key role in the development & delivery of the Group's strategic cost service charge governance processes.

Responsibilities
Facilitate the development & delivery of a monthly cost service charge transparency forum, providing Group & Region CFOs & COOs with the necessary information to understand the drivers of their allocated cost base.
Closely partner with Global Process Management to develop best practice, digitally delivered, cost management information
Develop & own the validation and control framework which will ensure agreed service charge methodologies are applied consistently across all actual and planning events
Act as the single point of contact for all Finance practitoners globally regarding service charge governance and methodologies
Partner with Group Functions CFOs to develop and share best practice in cost recharge processes
Own the development and execution of Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management system development & enhancement book of work

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Significant subject matter understanding & experience of planning, performance analysis & corporate strategy within large multinational companies in the financial services sector.
Expert process management and reengineering skill set, including experience of leading large scale system and process change initiatives
Specific experience in running the service recharge processes (or equivalent) of a complex multinational banking Group.
Experience in operating within large virtual teams and relationships across a complex network of stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; a strong self-starter with natural intellectual curiosity; an ability to think both strategically and analytically and apply these skills into meaningful outcomes for the Group
High standard of written English, with the ability to review, summarise and communicate material accurately and succinctly.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while delivering quality output to senior management
Qualified Accountant or MBA strong preference
