Set roles and responsibilities of the Board, Senior Management, business lines and functions in overseeing and managing environmental risk
Job Responsibilities:
Incorporate environmental risk, where is deemed material, in the risk appetite framework
Set principles and criteria to identify sectors with high environmental risk
Design enhanced due diligence process for customers with high environmental risk
Develop quantitative and qualitative tools and metrics to assess and manage environmental risk
Formulate stress testing and other scenarios, incorporating forward looking information, to assess the impact of environmental risk on risk profile and business strategies
Implement effective data management process to support the measurements
Establish thresholds and triggers to manage the risk
Develop reports for regular monitoring
Incorporate the additional disclosure to Group existing public disclosure
Job Requirements :
A degree in Banking & Finance / Economics / Arts.
Professional certification in Environmental risk management such as Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate from GARP will be beneficial.
Good understanding of Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and Global Reporting Initiative Standards.
Experience in implementing MAS Guidelines on Environmental Risk Management.
Leadership in the development of this new area of practice

Able to articulate well and good presentation skill
