You will be based in Singapore (currently on flexible work arrangement due to COVID-19) but you will also be a part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team. 

Your Mission 
  • Win the best talents for Avaloq in Asia Pacific (Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong and India) - even go the extra mile to find them
  • Provide the best candidate experience for our candidates - and we mean: Best ever…
  • Collaborate with our hiring managers - guide, support, explain, understand, challenge them
  • Ideate, implement, and try out. Don't be afraid to kill your prototype (speaking in terms of new recruiting concepts and strategies)
  • Show us where we can improve. Engage in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives

Your Responsibilities:
  • As a Single Contributor, to execute end-to-end recruiting tasks to support our sustainable business growth; measured by hire yield, time to hire and quality of hire
  • Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and potential employee stakeholders; ensuring that they receive an exceptional customer experience, through planning, sourcing, screening, hiring and on-boarding
  • Ensure a positive Candidate Experience journey
  • First point of contact for Recruitment Agencies, Universities and other professional agency handling
  • Establish Employer Branding initiatives and the development of social networking channels and promoting Avaloq as employer of choice
  • Represent Avaloq at recruiting and university events as and when required

What you need
  • Prior in-house recruiting experience (min 8 - 10+ years), preferably within an international and dynamic environment
  • A fast thinker and someone who's keen & committed to take on challenges, projects and initiatives
  • A hands-on person who loves to work independently and who rather sees the glass half full instead of half empty
  • A team player by heart (but also someone who can manage different stakeholders)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

You will get extra points for the following 
  • Prior similar experience in the Banking & Finance industry
  • Knowing the "Who is who" in Talent Acquisition and the latest trends and topics
  • If you have ideas on setting up and nurturing talent communities
