The incoming Senior HR Generalist will be a pivotal member of the team who oversees a wide spectrum of HR operations across recruitment, total rewards, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement. The HR team is known to be highly collaborative and synergistic, and you will be teaming up alongside an equally experienced HR generalist and together take care of all HR-related matters for their team of high-calibre talent. While most Group policies are designed over at the global office, you will be in charge of ensuring policy roll-out throughout Asia and will act as a single point-of-contact for other offices across the region. You should be degree qualified with at least 6-8 years of hands-on HR generalist experience gained at a multinational company. Experience in processing and/or checking monthly payroll is a must though payroll is outsourced to a third-party vendor; prior experience in a trading house or the financial services industry is likewise advantageous. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, a good grasp of local employment regulations, and be excited about working in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of SAP or any other HRIS system would be preferred.
