Your responsibilities include:
Business Management
• Support the respective MGHs, Lead MBMs and team leaders such as deputizing them in non-restricted tasks
• Lead implementation of global and regional initiatives impacting the IWM and NRI Markets
• Partner with all our AMs, RMs and ARMs to adhere to policies and regulations
• Coordinate regular internal meetings and meetings with key business partners to discuss key topics and resolve issues.
Business Processes and Project Support
• Lead development and continuous improvement of business procedures, front-to-back workflows and business standards with the objective of improving efficiency, quality and consistency
• Act as a contact point and conduit for the market and support areas, including but not limited to issue resolution, facilitation of implementation, information flow between front/mid/back office
• Represent Singapore Booking Centre in strategic projects impacting the platform
Risk Management and Controls
• Effectively manage issues and risks across the different business areas, ensure that risks are appropriately mitigated
• Act as main point of contact for internal and external auditors, facilitate assignment of ownership, track implementation of action points, and report results to business partners
• Control, track and monitor the resolution of operational incidents for the NRI and Singapore Booking Centre
• Partner with the business associates to establish and improve risk awareness

This role covers two markets, the IWM/SG Booking Center as well as the NRI market. The candidate will perform a mixture of business risk management and local management tasks to help mitigate actual and potential risk in each market area and to support the day to day operational activities and change projects. The role will work with various business partners and partner with colleagues from across the broader business.
